About Us

Rain Capital, LLC was founded in 2006 by Moses Lee and David Parzen, two Ross School of Business School alumni who had a vision to use their business acumen to influence and create value in communities.

We operate out of Ann Arbor, Michigan and seek to partner with private investors who share our vision to invest in and grow sustainable and profitable organizations. When businesses are well operated, everyone wins: stakeholders, managers, employees, and communities.
